You can send an audio or video stating your problem. The charges for this session depend upon the questions being asked. This service must only be booked in case you are not going through a long term mental health problems. The video response will be charged extra if the response extends 15-20 minutes, with Rs. 222/- per minute. In case you have more questions after receiving the response, a new service will have to be booked. :)
